DEADLINES AND POLICIES

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
To ensure you receive a tournament t-shirt, registrations must be received by May 15, 2026. Registrations after May 15 are not guaranteed a shirt.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations submitted by May 1, 2026 are fully refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 1, 2026.

RAIN POLICY
​If course rules prohibit play due to weather on the scheduled date, the event will proceed as a fundraiser and participants will enjoy lunch together.
