DEADLINES AND POLICIES
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
To ensure you receive a tournament t-shirt, registrations must be received by May 15, 2026. Registrations after May 15 are not guaranteed a shirt.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations submitted by May 1, 2026 are fully refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after May 1, 2026.
RAIN POLICY
If course rules prohibit play due to weather on the scheduled date, the event will proceed as a fundraiser and participants will enjoy lunch together.
By registering, participants agree to these policies.
